Santa Charity Ride for the Center for Youth

Hats off one of the most fun rides I've ever done in my life.  Nearly 100 cyclists showed up, most dressed in holiday garb, to ride to downtown Rochester to celebrate the season and donate items to the Center for Youth.  We rode from the Genesee Valley Park northward and disrupted traffic in downtown Rochester, accompanied with a cyclist who had a sound system playing holiday music in tow.   But no one seemed to mind.  We were greeted with many smiles, waves, and horns of encouragement.  It was a bit nippy, but we stayed dry and the festivities warmed our hearts.  This ride will be added to my yearly rotation for sure.
